2001年是21世纪的起始年,也是我国贯彻落实党的十五届五中全会精神、实施第十个五年计划的第一年。这一年,我国将要加入WTO,成为世贸组织的正式成员,对外开放将进一步扩大;我国钢铁工业将成为第一个不受国家保护、全面进入国际竞争的产业,因而也是受国际市场冲击最大的一年。这种形势既对钢铁工业提供许多新的机遇和挑战,也为冶金财会工作提出许多新的要求和课题。为此,2001年《冶金财会》将根据新形势对财会工作提出的新要求、新课题,确定新的宣传报道要点。
2001 is the starting year of the 21st century and also the first year for our country to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and implement the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
