目的:对医院不良事件上报影响因素进行调查,提出改进对策。方法:随机抽取86名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:医务人员上报不良事件的影响因素排在前3位的分别是工作繁忙或怕麻烦、担心被处罚、担心对以后有不良影响,这3个因素占了82.0%。结论:优化上报流程,减轻医务人员工作负担;建立上报免责奖励机制;及时反馈改进措施,信息共享等,是提高不良事件上报率的主要措施。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of hospital adverse events reporting and propose improvement measures. Methods: A total of 86 medical staff were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results: Among the top three factors that reported the adverse events of medical staff, they were busy or troubled, worried that they were punished, and worried about their negative impact on the future. These three factors accounted for 82.0%. Conclusion: It is the main measure to improve the reporting rate of adverse events by optimizing the reporting process, alleviating the work load of medical personnel, establishing a reporting exemption and reward system, and timely feedback of improvement measures and information sharing.
