比较基因组杂交是一种分子细胞遗传学方法,可在全部采色体或染色体亚区水平上对不同基因组间DNA序列拷贝数进行检测并定位。它已被许多分子生物实验室和临床检验室利用,对多种肿瘤和遗传性疾病进行检测。本文主要对其原理、技术优缺点、应用、与其他细胞遗传学方法比较及展望作一综述。
Comparative genomic hybridization is a molecular cytogenetic method that detects and locates the DNA sequence copy number between different genomes at the entire chromosome or chromosomal sub-region level. It has been used by many molecular biology laboratories and clinical laboratories to detect a variety of cancers and hereditary diseases. This article mainly reviews its principles, technical advantages and disadvantages, applications, comparison with other cytogenetic methods and prospects.
