近年来,攀钢基于发展和实施人才强企战略的需要,加大了对应届大学生的引进,但市场经济下的人才自由流动也使每年新进大学生流失现象严重,这一方面造成企业招录成本的浪费和增加,另一方面也造成了企业的人才流失。如果企业能深入地了解新进大学生的职业心态、性格、需求、价值观等影响其职业选择和发展的重要因素,就可以及时采取应对措施,主动对新进大学生的流动加以调控。
In recent years, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has increased the introduction of college graduates based on the needs of developing and implementing the strategy of strengthening the company by employing qualified personnel. However, the free flow of qualified personnel under the market economy has also caused severe loss of new college students each year. The cost of waste and increase, on the other hand also caused the loss of business people. If an enterprise can understand deeply the important factors that affect career choices and development of new college students, such as career mentality, character, demand and values, it can timely take countermeasures and take the initiative to regulate the flow of new college students.
