目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用对多发性脑梗死的影响。方法:采用微栓子栓塞阻断法,建立多发性脑梗死大鼠模型,通过大鼠海马的组织病理学改变,探讨血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用对多发性脑梗死大鼠模型的影响。结果:术后7 d,治疗组与模型组比较NKB阳性神经元百分率明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用能使多发性脑梗死大鼠海马组织缺血部位有所恢复,对多发性脑梗死的治疗有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, viper antithrombotic enzyme and nerve growth factor on multiple cerebral infarction. Methods: The model of multiple cerebral infarction was established by micro-embolism occlusion method. The effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, viper’s antithrombotic enzyme and nerve growth factor on the multiple Effect of Cerebral Infarction Rat Model. Results: On the 7th day after operation, the percentage of NKB positive neurons in treatment group and model group was significantly higher (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, viper antithrombotic enzyme and nerve growth factor can restrain hippocampus ischemia in rats with multiple cerebral infarction, which has important clinical significance for the treatment of multiple cerebral infarction.
