采用化学处理方法降解废旧羽绒服的外部面料,利用产物对苯二甲酸乙二醇(BHET)与异氰酸酯、水、硅油、辛酸亚锡反应制备出硬质聚氨酯泡沫,由于泡沫软硬段比例可以调整而被广泛应用于阻尼材料,因此研究其阻尼性能极为必要,研究表明:乙二醇加入量的增加对RPUF材料阻尼性能有阻碍作用;孔径的变化对材料玻璃化转变温度影响不大,但对阻尼温度区间有较大的影响;阻燃剂的添加对其阻尼性能有阻碍作用。
