目的探讨悬浮红细胞离开输血科冰箱,在脱离冷链的状态下(即在室温,22-25℃),放置6个时间点其血液质量相关参数的变化。方法将待测悬浮红细胞血袋,在22-25℃室温下放置6个时间段(0 h、0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h),检测各时间点WBC、Hb、HCT、plt等指标的变化。结果随着脱离冷链时间的延长,悬浮红细胞的HCT在实验1组、实验2组、实验3组、实验4组和实验5组(53.33±4.19,52.25±4.17,53.19±4.28,52.11±4.23,53.07±4.20)%均明显低于对照组(53.39±4.15)%,P<0.05;悬浮红细胞中的WBC计数在各实验组(6.10±1.42,5.97±1.42,5.93±1.38,5.71±1.31,5.47±1.25)109/L均明显低于对照组(6.30±1.50)109/L,P<0.05;悬浮红细胞中的plt计数在实验3组,实验4组,实验5组(160.88±45.34,156.04±48.40,152.33±46.02)明显低于对照组(178.3±50.41),P<0.05;悬浮红细胞的Hb在实验3、4、5组(172.15±13.33,171.56±13.43,171.23±13.3)g/L均明显低于对照(172.49±13.19)g/L,P<0.05。结论悬浮红细胞脱离冷链后在22-25℃放置超过0.5h,WBC、HCT、plt均可出现明显下降,在22-25℃放置超过2h,血红蛋白含量出现明显下降。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood quality related parameters of 6 h after left erythrocytes leaving the blood transfusion department refrigerator under the cold chain (ie at room temperature, 22-25 ℃).
