“方德法治研究奖”是由中国法治现代化研究院作为发起人、江苏方德法律研究中心支持设立的全国性法学研究奖项,旨在以中国特色社会主义法治理论为指导,鼓励学术创新,推进法治实践,推动中国法治现代化的时代进程。现将第一届方德法治研究奖申报事项公告如下:一、申报范围凡中国大陆地区法学与法律工作者撰写的与中国法治发展有关的下列成果均可参加评奖:(1)党的十八大以来公开出版或发表的法学专著或论文;或(2) “Research Award for the Rule of Law” is a national law research award sponsored by China Institute of Rule of Law as a sponsor and supported by Jiangsu Fangde Law Research Center.
