在中学的植物学实验五《验证绿色植物在光下制造淀粉》一实验中所介绍的实验材料是天竺葵,这无疑是一种很好的材料.但是,一般来说,天竺葵的种植并不十分普遍,所以许多中学都难以找到它作为本实验的材料.若选用大豆(G1ycine max)叶片作为光合作用实验的材料,则可以得到同样理想的实验效果,其优点如下:1.取材方便,大豆是我国农家作物品种,南北方都有栽培,种子易找.在实验前两周左右可将大豆种子播于花盆中,待幼苗长出两片真叶之后就可以用于实验.
