针对Д-30发动机大修对ЖС6У(国产化牌号为K465)合金涡轮工作叶片的修复要求,采用B-Ni73Cr Si B-40Ni-S混合粉末钎料和BNi82Cr Si B非晶态箔状钎料对K465铸造高温合金与ВКНА-2М耐磨合金块进行了真空钎焊试验研究,测定了钎焊接头的力学性能,并对实际叶片进行了钎焊补焊。结果表明,两种钎料都可用于ЖС6У合金涡轮工作叶片的钎焊修复。
According to the repair requirements of ДС-30 engine overhaul of ЖС6У (domestic-made K465) alloy turbine blades, B-Ni73Cr Si B-40Ni-S mixed powder solder and BNi82Cr Si B amorphous foil solder were used to treat K465 Casting superalloy and ВКНА-2М wear-resisting alloy ingot were studied by vacuum brazing, the mechanical properties of the brazed joint were measured, and the actual blades were brazed. The results show that both brazing materials can be used for the brazing repair of ЖС6У alloy turbine working blades.
