随着我国铁路建设事业的飞跃发展,为了节约木材和改进线路质量,钢筋混凝土轨枕已在我国铁路上大量推广使用。为配合混凝土轨枕的使用,前专业设计院曾编制了一些钢筋混凝土轨枕的扣件图纸。十年来,在实践中现场对采用材质,结构型式、尺寸等,提出了不少改进意见,有些图纸先后作了改进。另外,为了配合其他新型轨下基础的铺设,如整体道床,无碴无枕混凝土梁等,也设计了一些适应于刚性基础的扣件,进行试制试铺使用。到目前为止,作为部标准图推广使用者有70型扣板式扣件及67型拱形弹片扣件。其余各扣件问题较
