如何开发利用好各类信息资源,使之服务于快速发展的各项民政事业,是当前一项非常紧迫的任务。作为收集、管理民政档案图书文献资料的职能部门,近年来,民政部档案资料馆图书资料室本着与时俱进、开拓创新的精神,开发以民政专业知识为主流的信息产品,为机关公务员及事业单位工作人员提供个性化信息服务,在整合、开发和利用民政信息资源方面作了大量工作,实现了三大转变:从提供资料目录向提供资料信息转变;从简单的图书资料服务向综合的信息服务转变;从单纯管理图书文献资料向管理知识和整合知识转变。本文对此作一简要介绍,并对今后如何进一步开发和利用民政信息资源谈几点粗浅的看法。
