研究了在澳化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下,对羟基苯基荧光酮(P-HPF)与钯(Pd(Ⅱ))的显色条件。Pd(Ⅱ)在pH=5.5—8.0的磷酸盐介质中与P-HPF形成蓝紫色配合物,最大吸收波长λ_(mex)为581nm,摩尔吸光系数达到1.16×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)·Pd(Ⅱ)与P-HPF形成配合物的摩尔比为1:1。含钯量在0—7.0μg/10ml范围内服从比尔定律。初步探讨了表面活性剂的作用机理。该方法已用于活性炭及三氧化二铝为载体的钯催化剂中钯的测定,结果令人满意。
The conditions for the color development of p-hydroxyphenylfluorone (P-HPF) and palladium (Pd (II)) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) were studied.
