本文系统研究了莆田硅线石的可选性。浮选试验发现:该矿床硅线石嵌布粒度很细,磨矿后若预先脱泥,硅线石损失严重。在预先不脱泥的前提下,经多段闭路磨矿使磨矿细度达-56μm占90%以上.采用碳酸钠和水玻璃(模数为2.4)为调整剂、氧化石腊皂和添加剂(A5)组成的复合药剂(WA05)为捕收剂,经四次闭路精选试验,所获硅线石精矿中TAl2O3含量为55.6%、回收率为69.5%,试验中综合回收了石英和云母,且石英中的SiO2含量达98.0%.硅线石和石英砂精矿都达到了工业要求。
This paper systematically studies the feasibility of Putian sillimanite. Flotation test found that: This deposit sillimanite cloth is very fine, after grinding if the pre-mud, sillimanite loss. In advance without mud under the premise of the multi-stage closed-circuit grinding so fine grinding up to -56μm accounted for more than 90%. Sodium carbonate and sodium silicate (modulo 2.4) were used as modifiers, and the composite agent consisting of oxidized paraffin wax and additive (A5) (WA05) was used as the collector. After four closed-circuit intensive tests, The TAl2O3 content in the sillite concentrate is 55.6% and the recovery rate is 69.5%. Quartz and mica are recovered synthetically in the test, and the SiO2 content in the quartz reaches 98.0%. Sillimanite and quartz sand concentrate have reached the industrial requirements.
