实际数字电路中的冗余故障耗费的运算时间长,测试难度大,一些冗余故障采用传统方法无法测试出。然而,冗余故障会占用内存、导致可测数字电路故障产生矢量化,降低故障检测的覆盖率。采用数字电路冗余故障的冲突方法可以找出不同类型的实际数字电路冗余故障。采用数字电路冗余故障的冲突算法可以快速计算出门的逻辑值,从而找出实际数字电路中的冗余故障。
Redundancy of the actual digital circuit costs a long time of operation, the test is difficult, and some of the redundant faults can not be tested by the traditional methods. However, redundant faults consume memory, causing vectoring of measurable digital circuit faults and reducing the coverage of fault detection. The use of digital circuit redundancy fault conflict method can identify different types of actual digital circuit redundancy fault. The conflict algorithm of digital circuit redundancy fault can quickly calculate the logic value of the gate, so as to find out the redundant fault in the actual digital circuit.
