为降低现有防爆柴油机尾气污染物的排放,改善其动力性和经济性,满足日益严格的排放法规要求。采取对比试验研究法,成功开发出一款适于矿用防爆柴油机的尾气净化装置,试验结果表明:该装置任何一处表温低于150℃,满足矿用防爆安标要求;排气阻力小,对尾气中CO和HC的转化率均高达85%以上,且能净化一定量的颗粒物(PM),使用寿命长,具有很好的经济环保性,适于在矿用防爆柴油车上推广使用。
In order to reduce the emission of the existing explosion-proof diesel exhaust pollutants, improve their power and economy, and meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations. Taking the comparative test research method, a tail gas purifying device suitable for mine explosion-proof diesel engine has been developed successfully. The test results show that the temperature of any one of the devices is below 150 ℃, , The conversion rate of CO and HC in the exhaust gas is as high as 85% or more, and can purify a certain amount of particulate matter (PM), has long service life, has good economic and environmental protection, and is suitable for being popularized in mine explosion-proof diesel vehicles .
