为有效预防煤与瓦斯突出事故,用瓦斯含量法分析煤与瓦斯突出过程的能量转化问题。首先,分析6个煤与瓦斯突出实例;然后,用自主研制的煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验装置,进行10次实验室模拟试验,验证突出实例分析结果。结果表明:弹性能占突出总能量的0.01%~2.36%,瓦斯膨胀能占突出总能量的97.64%~99.99%,在瓦斯膨胀能中,游离瓦斯膨胀能占总膨胀能的0.07%~8.82%,解吸瓦斯膨胀能占总膨胀能的91.18%~99.93%;试验结果与实例分析结果相近。突出能量始终以瓦斯膨胀能为主,解吸瓦斯提供了绝大部分的瓦斯膨胀能,瓦斯含量对突出的发生和突出的强度有重要影响。
In order to effectively prevent accidents of coal and gas outburst, the gas content method is used to analyze the energy conversion of coal and gas outburst. Firstly, six examples of coal and gas outburst were analyzed. Then, 10 laboratory simulation tests were conducted with self-developed coal and gas outburst simulation test device to verify the outstanding example analysis results. The results show that elastic energy accounts for 0.01% -2.6% of the total energy, gas expansion accounts for 97.64% -99.99% of the total energy, and in the gas expansion energy, the free gas expansion energy accounts for 0.07% -8.82% of the total expansion energy. , The desorption gas expansion can account for 91.18% ~ 99.93% of the total expansion energy; the experimental results are similar to the case analysis. Outburst energy always dominated by gas expansion, desorption gas provides most of the gas expansion energy, gas content of the outstanding occurrence and outstanding strength has a significant impact.
