Colorectal Cancer Metastasis and Gene Abnormal Expression Dr. Wu Jianxiong of Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences applied international advanced gene reverse transcription and molecular hybridization techniques to prove that colorectal cancer and its metastasis are related to the abnormal expression of CD44V mRNA. This study will help elucidate the metastasis mechanism of colorectal cancer from the molecular level and provide an important theoretical basis for the treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
