大面积提高初中数学教学质量的关键是:认真做好学困生的思想转化工作,培养他们学习数学的兴趣,调动他们的学习积极性。一、促使情感的转变造成学生学习差的原因很多,有的因为过去不认真学习,现在想学,知识衔接不上,对数学产生恐惧心理;有的因为反应迟缓,对知识难以接受,自我放弃。多年来,我一直坚持对前一类学生哪里断条哪里接,用啥补啥,边学边补的办法;对后一类学生则采用从感情上转化从兴趣上培养的方法学困
