一、症结在哪里许多有识之士已经认识到了中国企业成长过程中存在着人力资源这一难于突破的瓶颈,这似乎使中国企业陷入二律背反的情状之中。中国具有人力资源的优势,但在企业的竞争力方面,又恰恰在人力资源方面缺乏一种强有力的竞争态势。在未来的国际竞争中,中国企业能否成功与跨国公司抗衡?关键在于企业的人,在于企业的人力资源管理。在竞争中无论是抗衡,还是比较,跨国公司既是中国企业的对手同时也是参照系,甚至可以说是老师。我们在竞争中可以学习很多新鲜的经验,同时也可以发现许多成长中的问题,而有大量的是可以被我们避免的。
