根据径向摩擦焊的特点,本文系统研究了不同种径向摩擦焊接过程中摩擦产热机理,并在此基础上建立了管道的径向压力摩擦焊和径向加压径向面连接摩擦焊热输入模型,对进一步理解径向摩擦焊机理、优化焊接参数、获得高质量的接头具有重要作用,为径向摩擦焊的数值模拟和接头组织演变研究奠定了理论基础。
According to the characteristics of radial friction welding, this paper systematically studies the mechanism of frictional heat generation in different kinds of radial friction welding process, and on the basis of this, establishes the radial pressure friction welding and radial compression radial friction welding The heat input model plays an important role in further understanding the radial friction welding mechanism, optimizing the welding parameters and obtaining the high quality joint, which lays a theoretical foundation for the numerical simulation of radial friction welding and the research on the joint microstructure evolution.
