在国内率先提出借助化工流程模拟的方法进行清洁生产方案比选分析,并应用于联二脲碱性缩合工艺替代酸性缩合工艺过程中。通过精确计算,碱性缩合工艺与酸性缩合工艺相比,可减少37.5%的ADC废水产生量,97%的氨氮排放量,70%的氨氮废水蒸汽消耗,达到预期的节能减排效果。将化工流程模拟方法应用于清洁生产审核,可精准分析现有生产的能耗或原料消耗漏洞,发现清洁生产潜力。丰富清洁生产审核的程序与方法,对偶氮二甲酰胺全行业的节能减排起到极大的示范效应。
In China, the first to propose a chemical process simulation method for cleaner production program comparison and analysis, and applied to the diurea alkaline condensation process instead of acid condensation process. Through accurate calculation, the basic condensation process can reduce 37.5% of the ADC wastewater, 97% ammonia nitrogen emissions and 70% ammonia nitrogen wastewater steam consumption to achieve the expected energy saving and emission reduction effect compared with the acid condensation process. The chemical process simulation method used in cleaner production audit can accurately analyze the current production of energy consumption or raw material consumption loopholes and find the potential of cleaner production. The procedures and methods for enriching the examination of cleaner production have exerted a great demonstration effect on the energy-saving and emission reduction of the entire industry of azodicarbonamide.
