中国音协和北京音协联合举办的全国歌唱考级即将在北京地区全面开展。7月18日,中国音乐家协会音乐考级委员会和北京市音乐家协会在北京市文化局小礼堂联合召开新闻发布会。中国音协常务副主席、歌唱家吴雁泽同志在会上介绍了开展歌唱考级的基本思路。他说,歌唱是最普及、最大众化的音乐活动,“歌喉”是每个人都具备的、最方便、最自然、最“便宜”的“乐器”。在目前我国经济、文化相对不发达的状况下,歌唱是提高全民音乐素质的便捷而有效的手段。歌唱考级不同于声乐考级,以提高群众歌唱水平、推动全民素质教育为主要目标,考评标准包括四个方面的内容,即:音准节奏、情感表现、发声吐字、仪态修养。歌唱考级分为少儿和成人两个组
