本文通过不同含水量的谷物加入电容极板间将引起介电常数变化的规律，提出了利用单片机技术设计谷物含水量测定仪的具体设计方法，并提出了具体设计过程中可能出现的问题的解决方法。
In this paper, the law of the change of dielectric constant caused by the addition of cereal grains with different water contents into the capacitor plates is put forward. The design method of single-chip microcomputer for measuring the moisture content of grain is put forward and some problems that may arise in the process of design are put forward method.
