在危机日益常态化的今天,企业提升危机管理能力相当必要。目前我国企业危机管理还存在危机意识淡薄、缺乏有效应对策略、对危机后恢复重建工作不够重视等问题。针对这些问题,企业文化通过它的导向、约束、凝聚、激励和辐射功能,能在危机管理的预防、处理和恢复阶段发挥强大的作用;同时,企业通过打造优秀的企业文化,能提升企业核心竞争力,从而增强企业的危机防御能力,以保证企业的长盛不衰。
As the crisis becomes more normalized, it is quite necessary for enterprises to enhance their crisis management capabilities. At present, there are still some problems in crisis management in our country, such as weak sense of crisis, lack of effective coping strategies and insufficient attention to the post-crisis restoration and reconstruction.
