企业仿真模拟经营软件在战略管理教学中引入后,教学过程的组织虽然由运营准备、正式模拟和汇报点评三阶段组成,但是由于授课对象、学时安排、使用软件等的差异,教学过程需要根据不同情况进行调整。本研究在2013年起战略管理模拟决策课程教学反馈的基础上,2015年通过问卷调查方法,针对运营准备环节的手册学习、模拟决策环节的决策提交时间和知识运用等课程组织不同阶段进行了调整,授课结果显示,教学组织的调整改善了教学质量,同学们还表达了愿意参加该软件组织的全国正式比赛及同类比赛的意愿。
After the introduction of the enterprise simulation and simulation software in strategic management teaching, the organization of the teaching process consists of three phases: preparation for operation, formal simulation and reporting. However, the teaching process needs to be different due to the difference of teaching objects, arrangement of classes and use of software. The situation is adjusted. Based on the teaching feedback from strategic management decision-making course in 2013, this study made adjustments in different stages of the course organization such as handbook learning in operation preparation, decision-making submission time of decision-making process and knowledge utilization in 2015 by means of questionnaire, The results of the lectures showed that the adjustment of teaching organizations improved the quality of teaching and the students also expressed their willingness to participate in the official competitions and similar competitions of the software organizations.
