目的:探讨叶酸的补充对妊娠期高血压的预防效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年2月在郑州大学第五附属医院产前检查孕妇164例,采用数字随机法分为两组,两组同时在怀孕1个月开始补充叶酸0.4 mg,每日1次口服,叶酸组在孕13周开始补充每天0.8 mg,到孕37周后结束,对照组在孕13周后不给予任何预防措施。检测血同型半胱氨酸的浓度及妊娠期高血压发病率。结果:叶酸组经补充后叶酸数值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),叶酸组血同型半胱氨酸数值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补充叶酸后血同型半胱氨酸数值显著降低,有效改善血管性疾病,降低妊娠期高血压的发生。
Objective: To explore the preventive effect of folic acid supplementation on gestational hypertension. Methods: One hundred and sixty-four pregnant women at antenatal examination at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2015 to February 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number method. At the same time, the two groups were supplemented with 0.4 mg folic acid once a month Day 1 oral, folic acid group began to add 0.8 mg daily at 13 weeks of pregnancy, 37 weeks after the end of pregnancy, the control group did not give any precautionary measures after 13 weeks of pregnancy. Blood homocysteine levels and the incidence of gestational hypertension were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the folate value in the folic acid supplementation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the homocysteine level in the folate group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The value of blood homocysteine after folic acid supplementation is significantly lower, which effectively improves vascular diseases and reduces the incidence of gestational hypertension.
