数字化技术、计算机和网络技术的广泛应用带来信息技术革命,流程再造的管理思想一经出台,立即被IBM、沃尔玛、宝洁、东风汽车、中国电信、海尔集团等国内外大公司付诸实践,并取得了巨大成功。面对社会变革,中国邮政实行公司化后必须冷静面对市场的生存环境,重新审视传统的业务和管理流程;必须把企业流程再造视为获得竞争优势的重要战略,来加速企业自身的发展,提高中国邮政集团的核心竞争能力。
Digital technology, computer and network technologies bring about the revolution of information technology. The management idea of process reengineering is put into practice immediately by large domestic and foreign companies such as IBM, Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, Dongfeng Motor, China Telecom and Haier Group. Great success has been achieved. In the face of social change, after the corporatization of China Post, we must calmly face the market’s living environment and re-examine the traditional business and management processes. We must regard the reengineering of business processes as an important strategy for gaining competitive advantage to accelerate the development of enterprises, Improve China Postal Group’s core competitiveness.
