江苏省铜山县自去年七月份以来,连续发生三起爆炸事故,死亡和重伤三人。其中二起事故的情况如下:(1)7月3日晨7时左右,该县青山泉乡夏朔村水泥厂爆破员张保华,凭着自己十几年的“爆破经验”,别出心裁地将两炮导火索的长度分别改为40公分、第三炮改为70公分(按规定不少于1.4米)。当所有装药全部点燃,并且在前两炮炸响,还有一炮未炸时,他就向炮眼走去。当距第三炮十米左右时,炸药发生爆炸,飞石当场将其砸倒致伤,虽立即送往医院抢救,但是无效身亡。
