每年春节过后,都是众多外来务工人员重新寻找房源、签订租赁协议的日子。尤其是在北、上、广、深等一线城市,从正月初十以后,租房人数明显增长,几乎要比平时增加30%左右。而每到这个时期,有闲置房源的出租者也开始犯了愁。房屋租赁市场鱼龙混杂,一些中介甚至出现押房吃差价等不规范行为。在这种市场环境下,如何把房子租给自己心仪的承租者,在获得可观收益的同时,又能确保房屋的安全,成了他们考虑的首要问题。
