阐述了如何在化工原理课程设计过程中应用HYSYS软件。在给定的理论板数下,利用软件中的精馏塔和换热器模型及自带的Spreadsheet工具求得回流比、塔径、换热器面积及公用工程耗量,进而计算出年总费用。根据年总费用最小的原则确定最优的回流比,进而得到设备设计所需的全部工艺数据。利用上述方法,课程设计中的工艺计算可由软件完成而无需手算,提高了设计效率和质量,也为学生的化工设计生涯打下坚实的基础。
Explain how to apply HYSYS software in the course of chemical engineering course design. Under a given theoretical plate number, the reflux ratio, tower diameter, heat exchanger area and utility consumption are calculated by using the distillation column and heat exchanger model in the software and the self-contained Spreadsheet tool to calculate the annual total cost. According to the principle of the smallest total annual cost to determine the optimal reflux ratio, and then get all the necessary equipment design process data. Using the above method, process calculation in course design can be completed by software without hands-on, improving design efficiency and quality, and laying a solid foundation for students’ chemical design career.
