本文探讨了毛细胞白血病造血抑制的机理。将9例毛白患者的外周血或脾脏单个核细胞制成细胞悬液,再经密度梯度离心获得富含毛细胞悬液与富含淋巴细胞悬液,进一步将淋巴细胞用单抗分为CD_4~(?)细胞悬液与CD(?)细胞悬液。单个核细胞悬液、富含毛白细胞悬液、富含淋巴细胞悬液、CD_4~(?)细胞悬液与CD(?)细胞悬液分别在CO_2培养箱中培养24小时,获得各自的条件培养液(CM)。同时将毛细胞悬液分别与淋巴细胞悬液、CD_4~(?)细胞悬液和CD(?)细胞悬液共同培养,得到相应的混合CM。正常人或轻度贫血患者的骨髓细胞分别与以上CM 作用一段时
This article explored the mechanism of hematopoietic inhibition in hairy cell leukemia. Peripheral blood or spleen mononuclear cells were made into cell suspensions from 9 patients with white hairs. Then, a hair cell-rich suspension and a lymphocyte-suspended suspension were obtained by density gradient centrifugation.
