作者应用Z-100对94例放疗引起白细胞减少症治疗效果作了观察。放疗4~6周总量为40Gy 以上。Z-100给与量2μg(31例),10μg(33例),20μg(30例)。给药方法从放疗开始至治疗终结时每周2次皮下注射,每次用量分别为2μg,10μg,20μg。94例于放疗开始后白细胞逐渐减少,给药20μg组减少最低,其次为2μg组,10μg组。白细胞分类中淋巴细胞于给药期间未见任何差异,而嗜中性白细胞有差异。当照射面积<100cm~2时,白细
The author used Z-100 to observe the therapeutic effect of 94 cases of leukopenia caused by radiotherapy. The total amount of radiotherapy for 4 to 6 weeks was 40 Gy or more. Z-100 was administered in amounts of 2 μg (31 cases), 10 μg (33 cases), and 20 μg (30 cases). The method of administration was subcutaneously injected twice a week from the beginning of radiotherapy to the end of treatment. Each dose was 2 μg, 10 μg, and 20 μg, respectively. Ninety-four cases of leukocytes gradually decreased after the start of radiotherapy, and the dose of 20μg group was the lowest, followed by 2μg group and 10μg group. In the leukocyte classification, lymphocytes did not show any difference during administration, but there were differences in neutrophils. When the irradiation area is <100cm~2, white fine
