由崔丹凤、张恒运、吕希凤和张恒华组成的江苏省女子4×400米接力组,在八运会上以3分26秒88的成绩夺标。现对赛前训练安排作一分析。 一、主要供能系统的训练 1.专门训练 先发展运动员无氧磷酸供能系统的能力,后训练无氧乳酸系统能力。 在发展无氧磷酸系统能力的训练中,将运动员的血乳酸水平控制在4~8的区间,采用100米、150米和200米跑的训练内容,反复提高运动员最大速度及加速能力,通过5、6月份的集中练习,运动员在血乳酸水平略有下降的基础上,100米的成绩普遍有所上升。 6、7两月重点发展无氧乳酸系统能力。训练中将血乳酸水平控制在11-14区间,大量使用以运动员本人80%~90%的跑速,以间歇训练法为主,反复训练400米、450米、500米以及一些600米的训练内容。训
