“增供给、抑需求”的政策组合,如果能够得到有效实施,预计抑制房价过快上涨将取得明显效果9月下旬以来,国土资源部、住房和城乡建设部、中国人民银行、银监会、财政部、国家税务总局、监察部等部门先后出台了有关土地、信贷和税收等方面的调控政策。这些调控政策的实施,将对房地产市场的后续运行带来较大影响。
