观察者说:经济发展、民生改善、社会和谐——201 1年,兵团经济社会发展总体保持良好态势,为“十二五”开局之年画上圆满“句号”。过去一年,是贯彻落实中央新疆工作座谈会精神的关键之年,是全国对口援疆工作全面组织实施的第一年。一年来,在中央新疆工作座谈会精神鼓舞下,兵团各级干部群众意气风发,凝心聚力开展各项工作。发展经济,着力加快推进“三化”进程;改善民生,让发展成果惠及职工群众;开拓就业,让职工找到生活的梦想和希望;弘扬兵团精神,推动文化发展繁荣;维稳戍边,牢记兵团职责使命……兵团在推进跨越式发展和长治久安的新征程上迈出了坚实的步伐。
Observers said: Economic development, improvement of people’s livelihood, and social harmony - In 2001, the Corps maintained a good momentum of economic and social development as a whole, marking the successful conclusion of the “12th Five-Year Plan”. The past year was the crucial year for implementing the spirit of the symposium on work by the Central Government in Xinjiang and the first year for the comprehensive organization and implementation of counterpart aid to Xinjiang. In the past year, inspired by the spirit of the Symposium on Work in Central China’s Xinjiang Province, the cadres and masses at all levels of the Corps have been very energetic and dedicated themselves to carrying out various tasks.
