在学校日常工作中,经常要面对大量的打印成绩通知单、奖状、准考证等工作,比较简便的方法是采用Word的“邮件合并”功能或直接用“Excel+VBA”的方式打印,但这两种方法都必须建立在一个单列的获奖名单基础之上.对此的改进是,采用VBA编程来代替重复繁琐的手工劳动,既能提高打印的效率,又能确保准确,彰显了办公自动化的优势.
