利用特种蛋白质染料考马斯亮蓝(Coomassie Brilliant Blue R—250)和棉蓝乳酚液快速撕表皮染色法,镜捡16个4种不同抗病类型小麦品种,观察不同抗病性品种与白粉病菌吸器的关系。得出抗病品种有下列特点:①抗病类型延迟吸器的形成;②吸器数目增加缓慢;③吸器数量少而小;④吸器消衰快。小麦苗期的吸器数量比成株多。利用快速染色法可以提供早期选择抗病和淘汰感病材料之用。
