目的建立胶囊中Cr(Ⅵ)的碳酸钠溶液选择性提取-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定的新方法。方法胶囊在煮沸的Na_2CO_3溶液中溶解,Cr(Ⅵ)可溶解于溶液中,而Cr(Ⅲ)不溶于该溶液中,从而达到选择性提取胶囊中六价铬的目的。通过优化提取液中Na_2CO_3的浓度和石墨炉原子吸收法的灰化时间、温度获得了最佳实验条件。结果胶囊中的Cr(Ⅵ)在0.06 mol/L Na_2CO_3溶液中的提取效率最高且不干扰测定;本法的线性范围为0.50μg/L~16.00μg/L,方法的最低检出限为0.50μg/L,回收率为95.6%~118.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.75%。结论所建立的新方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于胶囊中Cr(Ⅵ)的选择性测定。
Objective To establish a new method for the selective extraction of Cr (Ⅵ) sodium carbonate solution in capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The capsule was dissolved in boiled Na_2CO_3 solution, Cr (Ⅵ) was dissolved in the solution, and Cr (Ⅲ) was not dissolved in the solution, thus the purpose of selective extraction of hexavalent chromium in the capsule was achieved. The optimal experimental conditions were obtained by optimizing the concentration of Na_2CO_3 in the extract and the time of ashing by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The extraction efficiency of Cr (Ⅵ) in the solution was highest in 0.06 mol / L Na_2CO_3 solution and did not interfere with the determination. The linear range of this method was 0.50μg / L ~ 16.00μg / L and the limit of detection was 0.50μg / L, the recoveries ranged from 95.6% to 118.7%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.75%. Conclusion The new method is simple, rapid and reliable and can be used for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in capsules.
