今天,很高兴参加中国建筑业协会管理现代化专业委员会第11届优秀成果(论文)发布会,首先代表中国建筑业协会对会议的成功召开表示祝贺!我国甘肃省有一个工程叫“引大工程”,我们自己打了10年,只打了几km,如果按照这个速度打下去,要打70年,才能把这个洞打通,后来,我们进行了世界招投标,日本的熊谷组、意大利的CMC公司中标,用了7年的时间打通了.打通以后,人家评价:中国有聪明绝顶的中国工人,有能出点子的中国专家,但中国的群体管理不行,加上我们意大利的管理,世界奇迹就能创造.我想,一个国家的强盛靠两点,硬件是财力,软件是管理,因此,我想借这次会议的机会,就管理问题和协会的工作讲两方面的意见.一、管理现代化是推动建筑业进步的重要手段
