目的 :探讨用康惠尔银离子敷贴治疗皮肤大面积溃烂的临床效果。方法 :对2014年3月~2015年3月期间我院收治的42例皮肤大面积溃烂患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们为这42例患者均使用康惠尔银离子敷贴进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察这些患者的治疗效果及溃烂部位的愈合时间。结果 :治疗结束后,这42例患者治疗的总有效率为97.62%。Wanger分级为Ⅰ级的患者溃烂部位平均的愈合时间为(3.05±1.07)d,Wanger分级为Ⅱ级的患者溃烂部位平均的愈合时间为(6.51±1.41)d,Wanger分级为Ⅲ级的患者溃烂部位平均的愈合时间为(14.12±2.12)d,Wanger分级为Ⅳ级的患者溃烂部位平均的愈合时间为(20.51±0.91)d。结论 :用康惠尔银离子敷贴治疗皮肤大面积溃烂的效果显著。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Kangweier silver ion application on treating large area ulceration of skin. Methods: The clinical data of 42 patients with extensive skin ulceration treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were retrospectively studied. We treated all 42 patients with Cornell silver ion implants. After treatment, the treatment effect of these patients and healing time of ulceration were observed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of these 42 patients was 97.62%. The average healing time of ulcer in Wanger grade Ⅰ patients was (3.05 ± 1.07) days, that of Wanger grade Ⅱ patients was (6.51 ± 1.41) days, and that in Wanger patients with grade Ⅲ ulceration The average healing time was (14.12 ± 2.12) days in the part and the average healing time was (20.51 ± 0.91) days in the ulcer in the Wanger class Ⅳ. Conclusion: Kang Hui Er silver ion applied to treat large-scale skin ulceration significantly. This treatment is worth promoting in clinical application.
