The thermal power-time curve of pilose antler on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was used to determine the thermal power-time curve of the antler antler, and an experimental model of bacterial growth was established based on the curve. The growth rate constant and the optimal concentration of bacteria were calculated.
