以“庆科212”香菇为试材,采用高温季节香菇工厂化生产方法,研究了菌棒含水量、菇房内外温差和通风频度对香菇菌棒结露作用及香菇生产性能的影响。结果表明:对结露作用影响最大的是菌棒含水量,其次是菇房内外温差,最后是通风频度,结露控制能够显著缩短出菇周期、提高产量、提升品质,这一结果为高温季节香菇工厂化出菇过程中综合调控结露作用因子,缩短生产周期,提高香菇产量、提升成品菇质量奠定了基础。
Using “Qingke 212 ” mushroom as test material, the production of mushrooms in high temperature season was studied. The effects of water content of mushrooms, temperature difference between inside and outside of mushroom house and frequency of ventilation on the dew condensation of mushrooms and the production performance of mushrooms were studied. .
