目的了解宝山区健康人群的麻疹免疫状况,为制定与调整加速控制和消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 2008~2010年宝山区健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)分别为92.65%和1 021.17IU/ml(国际单位/毫升),不同户籍、不同年龄组间抗体阳性率、GMC呈随年龄增长而下降趋势。结论在提高常规免疫覆盖率基础上,主要采取针对大年龄组人群的强化免疫活动,是控制和消除麻疹的主要措施。
Objective To understand the immune status of measles in healthy population in Baoshan District and provide a scientific basis for formulating and adjusting measles control strategy and eliminating measles. Methods Quantitative detection of measles IgG antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The total measles antibody positive rate and geometric mean concentration (GMC) of healthy population in Baoshan District from 2008 to 2010 were 92.65% and 1021.17 IU / ml respectively (International Units / ml). The antibody levels in different age groups Positive rate, GMC showed a downward trend with age. Conclusion Based on the improvement of routine immunization coverage, the main immunization activities aimed at the population of older age groups are the main measures to control and eliminate measles.
