根据我个人在实践中的体会,領导干部经常深入課堂听課,这是了解教学情况的重要方法之一。課堂教学是教学的基本形式,深入課堂听課,便能具体了解教师怎样教和学生怎样学的情况,并及时总結教学中的经验,解决教学中发生的問题。在听課前要做好准备工作。平时我注意观察教和学各方面的情况,如检查作业,参加教研会,以及听取学生的反映,这样就对教学中存在什么問題,怎样去解决,做到了心中有数,也就便于訂出听課計划。我訂有每周、每天的听課計划:听什么課,听誰的課,听哪班的課,什么时候听,事前都做了安排(特殊情况也有变动)。然后根据听課計划,听課前也备課,钻研教材,看参考书,以便掌握教学目的要求和教材要点,同时也考虑教法和应注意的問題等。有时还和任课教师共同备课、研究教案,或者参加教师集体讨论;要是听新教师的課或是听教学能力較差的教师上課,就事先和
