1990年1月14日下午,国务委员兼国家计委主任邹家华同志在全国冶金工作会议上作了重要讲话。他在讲话中首先代表国务院,对钢铁工业1989年在外部条件十分困难的情况下,发扬自力更生、艰苦奋斗的精神,钢产量突破6000万吨大关表示祝贺,并要求冶金战线认真贯彻党的十三届五中全会精神,进一步搞好治理整顿和深化改革,实现钢铁工业“持续、稳定、协调”发展。
