分别使用O_2PⅢ和N_2,PⅢ对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行表面改性。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和接触角测试结果表明:O_2PⅢ和N_2,PⅢ分别在试样表面引入了大量的含氧基团和含氮基团,且引入的含氧基团和含氮基团都极大地提高了试样表面的亲水性。hFOB 1.19细胞培养结果表明:O_2PⅢ和N_2,PⅢ都能够明显地改善PBS试样的骨细胞相容性,且O_2PⅢ效果更佳。
Surface modification of polybutylene succinate (PBS) was performed using O_2PⅢ and N_2, respectively. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angle measurement showed that a large amount of oxygen-containing groups and nitrogen-containing groups were introduced into O_2PⅢ, N_2 and PⅢ, respectively, and the introduced oxygen- The pellets greatly increase the hydrophilicity of the sample surface. hFOB 1.19 cell culture results showed that: O_2P Ⅲ and N_2, P Ⅲ can significantly improve the osteoblastic compatibility of PBS samples, and O_2PⅢ better.
