建设工程项目管理的内涵是:自项目开始到项目完成,通过项目策划和项目控制,以使项目的经济目标,进度目标和质量目标得以实现的过程。建设工程项目管理是企业管理水平的直接体现,对企业的发展有着及其重要的作用。如果不能及时解决消除管理中存在的问题,势必在市场竞争中淘汰。我国项目管理在实践中探索取得了很大的进步和经验,发挥了很大影响。本文阐述项目管理中经常出现的问题,并提出相应的有效措施,具有一定的参考价值。
The connotation of construction project management is: from the beginning of the project to the completion of the project, through the project planning and project control, so that the economic goals, progress goals and quality objectives of the project can be achieved. Construction project management is a direct manifestation of the level of enterprise management, the development of enterprises has an important role. If we can not solve the problems in the elimination of management in time, it is bound to be eliminated in the market competition. This article describes the frequent problems in project management, and put forward corresponding effective measures, with some reference value.
