集团公司在多元化发展过程中,外部经营环境的剧变可能使企业经营随时陷入困境,需要引起我们重视。本文从巨人集团、南望集团和明基集团多元化经营失败的案例来分析集团公司多元化所面临的战略、运营、财务和资源分散的风险,进而提出建设与完善内部控制制度在风险控制中的重要性,从而探讨出风险防范的重点领域,以供集团公司多元化发展过程中对风险控制进行参照,帮助集团公司提高风险防范水平。
In the process of diversified development of the group companies, the drastic changes in the external operating environment may cause the business operations to be in trouble at any time and need to arouse our attention. This paper analyzes the strategic, operational, financial, and resource-diversifying risks faced by the Group’s diversification from the case of failure of diversification by Giant Group, Nanwang Group and BenQ Group, and then proposes to build and improve the internal control system in risk control. Importance, so as to explore the key areas of risk prevention, in order to provide reference for risk control during the diversified development of the group company, and help the company to improve the level of risk prevention.
