近年来,国内有些市政排水工程开始修建采用潜水泵的泵站,这种泵站具有占地小、土建费用少和维护方便等优点。 由于这种泵电机与水泵连为一体潜入水下,水泵本身并没有吸水管路,仅有一条压水管路直接由水池内的泵座上引出,无需设置真空泵等其它附属设备。所以,省去了一般泵站的上部建筑和机房,土建结构简单紧凑。这种潜水泵的检修也颇为方便。 图1为这种潜水泵提升时示意图,图中泵
In recent years, some domestic municipal drainage projects have begun construction of pumping stations using submersible pumps. Such pumping stations have the advantages of small footprint, low civil construction costs, and easy maintenance. Because the pump motor and the water pump are integrated into the submerged submerged water, the water pump itself does not have a suction line, and only one pressure water line leads directly from the pump seat in the water tank, and there is no need to install a vacuum pump or other auxiliary equipment. Therefore, the upper part of the general pumping station and the engine room are eliminated, and the civil structure is simple and compact.
